Amid the latest round of lockdowns affecting millions across Australia there have been calls for the return of the federal government's JobKeeper wage subsidy.

7.30 can reveal that many businesses accounting for billions of dollars in government support didn't end up experiencing a big drop in turnover - in some cases, turnover actually increased.
