LIST OF INGREDIENTS USED FOR THIS GREEN SMOOTHIE:
* 1 cup of sliced Pineapple
* About a thumb size ginger
* Half of a Cucumber
* Half cup of shredded carrot
* 1 stick of Celery with the leaves
* A handful of spinach
* Half of a small avocado
* 8000ml plain water (preferably, chilled)
* Add Half of a fresh lemon or lime juice (OPTIONAL)
*** Drink for as many days as desired or until you start seeing RESULTS. (Can be taken morning and night) But make sure to consume as less food as possible for BETTER RESULTS!!!
