This is a first amendment audit of the city of Lockport police department also a EMS call that we've found going on down the street. The police did try to stop us from filming the EMS call by a weak attempt of some kind.. There was no problem with us recording on the police station station. But once again we've got a police department that has that "process" of filling out a officer complaint form with the police in person only... and it was like pulling teeth to get one and to take home. lieutenant Daniel Kaufman seem to lose his patience when he was asked for a officer complaint form. He claimed he knew AEC was there for a reaction an decided he would show his true colors. An officer complaint form should NOT be this hard to get. And you could tell if there was a real complaint to be filed it would not of went very easy. The system in Lockport police department is definitely Tilted!
