It's in good condition, but it's having some special modifications done to it. Let's head around the container. And let me show you what we're doing. Quite often I've spoken about ventilation in shipping containers being important when you're storing goods, or if you're working in a container. But this particular container is having some very, very large vents, I'll just move a little bit closer so you can see how big they are like you know, they come up to about my waist height. And those actually are three of the small events going into this container. Around the back here we're about to weld a very large vent right here at the top. This is not uncommon for Dangerous Goods storage containers, we will have multiple large vents to keep airflow through the container where you're storing chemicals. But these are even bigger than the standard vents that we might use on a dangerous goods container. In this case, this container is being modified so that machinery, large machinery can be operated inside the container and the machinery requires lots of airflow to function. So if you are operating machinery or you want a building of some sort that's portable, where you might want to run large compressors, or large generators, ventilation is extremely important you need the airflow for the machinery to work. In this case this container will also have some additional insulation placed in the container by the customer. We are just doing the base modifications which is adding these vents to the container.
