Cuomo accuser Brittany Commisso speaks publicly for the first time

In an exclusive interview with "CBS This Morning" and the Times Union, Brittany Commisso spoke publicly for the first time about her accusation of sexual harassment against New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Commisso said Cuomo "needs to be held accountable" for his actions. Cuomo denies any wrongdoing.
