LEOMNGRASS-MARINATED STEAK SALAD

STEAK & MARINADE:
2 KC strip steak
1 stalk Lemongrass
3 Cloves garlic
1 tsp MSG
1 tsp Salt

SALAD MIX:
5 oz container Baby spring mix
8 Cherry tomatoes
Half a cucumber
2 shallot
Cilantro
Mint

DRESSING :
Crushed thai chilies, according to taste
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp palm sugar syrup
2 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Thai chili sauce
1 tsp MSG
