Full home tour of my new HDB apartment in Singapore. I'm taking you inside of our apartment and show you what S$500,000 can get you in Singapore. This size of an apartment (4 room flat - around 100sqm) is quite standard in Singapore, though some people prefer to purchase a 5 room flat which is significantly larger. Singapore is one of the most expensive countries in the world, but they provide affordable housings for their citizens. Usually HDB public housing flats cost somewhere around $300,000 - $1Million depending on the age, location and amenities of the flat.
