The Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) has called on regional countries to rethink the way they consume and produce food in the context of COVID -19. The Institute says it cannot continue to be business as usual as the Institute notes a shift in food consumption patterns caused by COVID-19.
