I've been in nursing for over two years and from the beginning I didn't really want to do it. But as a girl of minority it was very difficult to even fathom dropping out. It took me a long time to change my mindset from constantly feeling like I'm disappointing everyone to realizing that changing my path and my goals is the BEST decision.
