Seems that IObit changed the registration procedure; earlier releases turned from "free" to "Pro" when the server was not responding (PC offline) and never again asked for key.
Now the program stays in "Free" version until key is verified by the server.
So what would be needed is a full download of a registered version including key - maybe with a script for entering the key into the Windows registry.
