$MMAT Stock Preferred Shares & Dividend($MMTLP): HOLD! 🚀🚀🚀

Meta Materials ($MMAT) stock has a preferred dividend popping up under the ticker $MMPLT. As per the torchlight merger. It seems like this is an effort by shorts to scoop up dividend rights so they are not on the hook for dividend payouts. Metamaterials ($MMAT) is a decently shorted stock, so wouldn't be surprised to see manipulation here.
