Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra Monday said he has directed the state police chief to tell Dabur that its Karva Chauth ad should be withdrawn or the company will face action. Mishra asked why only Hindu festivals are used for advertisements with themes that 'hurt religious sentiments'. He further said that he has an issue with the filming of the 'Ashram' TV show in Bhopal. "We'll issue a permanent guideline that if there's an objectionable scene, the story should be given to the administration first and shot only if permitted," he added.
