Never thought possible growing this vegetable is SWEET & CRISP similar to a Pear!

This unique vegetable according to Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds is similar in texture and taste to a pear with a sweet flavor. We never though it was possible but it is!

Tasty fruit substitute. Grows well only in cool weather and is great for fall planting for the sweet flavor!
