Component characterization is an essential part of any electronic product line. It used to be a tedious and time-consuming job associated with bulky and expensive LCR meters that require complex setup. The Smart Tweezers LCR Meter has been the first instrument to offer a viable alternative for component characterization since 2004. It increased the speed of characterization by an order of magnitude. Since then, the accuracy of the tweezers has increased by at least 10 times. The latest product, LCR-Reader-MPA, offered by Siborg, provides 0.1% basic accuracy and a record wide measurement ranges: 10 mOhm to 20 MOhm, 0.1 pF to 1 F and 10 nH to 100 H. Maximum test frequency has increased to 250 kHz. Built-in Bluetooth communication allows to easily integrate devices into industrial environment.
LCR-Reader MPA won the Best Product of the Year 2020 Award according to Plant Engineering Magazine.
