Compared to my iPad Mini 2 we demonstrate side-by-side that while the iPad Mini 6 does have an inherent jelly-rolling visual effect on repeated up and down scrolling, under normal use this is hardly noticeable. What is noticeable is that the screen and overall refresh rate compared to the iPad Mini 2 that I am upgrading from is already so much better!
