This Filipino rice cake takes whole day to make - Dudol [Life in the Countryside, Philippines]

Hi there!
Dudol is one of the numerous rice cakes of the Philippines. It is famous in the regions of Ilocos(Region I) and Cagayan Valley Region(Region II) and some parts of Southern Philippines. There are some differences of cooking Dudol. It varies from the region to region. I grew up eating this food usually on special occasions like birthdays. Dudol is actually a celebratory food and I love eating it with coffee or tea. Today, I cooked Dudol even if there's a typhoon. I hope you enjoy the video. Keep safe!
