22-year-old Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III was captured on video at a driving range known for its boozy drinks, just hours before he crashed his car into another driver, killing a woman and her dog in a fiery wreck. He was going a mind-blowing 156 miles per hour, and it was revealed that his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit when he crashed his souped-up Corvette into 23-year-old Tina Tintor. She was heard screaming for help from the wreck, but was consumed by flames.
