I Made Gordon Ramsay's Beef Wellington While Blindfolded

I CANNOT believe the results. And, yes, you read the title correctly. I'm not exactly sure how this video came about, but this has to be the most difficult culinary challenge I've ever attempted. Beef Wellington is widely known as one of the most difficult recipes to make, but many brave people attempt each holiday season. I did the same...but I did it with a twist.
