US: Leading Global Effort to restrict authoritarian regimes’ access to surveillance technology

According to the Wall Street Journal. Biden government officials are planning to limit surveillance tools to authoritarian regimes globally.
The plan will be announced at the first US-led democracy virtual summit to be held on the 9th and 10tg of December.
