It is… Where do I get these images?! lol
These images can be downloaded from a website called いらすとや Irasutoya, which means the shop of illustrations. It has images that basically represent anything, and even though the quality is really high, it is completely copyright-free, making it very popular in Japan.
And since it has been possible to search for illustrations in English since some time ago, I hope you can jump to the website and look for the images you want.
By the way, my personal favorites are these characters from One Piece. They are extremely cute.
