How To Stop Worrying!

How to stop worrying?

If you're somebody,  right now,  who is going through,
a lot of worrying, and you are very anxious,  what may happen to you? Because maybe your past,  or maybe right now, you're experiencing, a lot of setbacks. This video would be specifically tailored to you.

As quoted by Erma Bombeck, 
“Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere.”

But how do you stop worrying?
There are many books and audios on the topic of how to stop worrying. You can get great advice and worry remidies from gurus like Dale Carnegie, Neville Goddard, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Dr. Ernest Holmes.

I will share some ideas with you here.
What is worry?  Worry is a kind of fear. Worry is something, that you have imagined, something that has not happened, and may not happen, something that is in the future.
So live in the present. Live in today, live in a day tight compartment.  Each day is a new life

Understand also that, as mentioned by Dr. Wayne Dyer,  Worry, is nothing more than a thought. And what is there to worry about?  When you are worrying about something, you should first ask yourself, what is the worst thing that can happen?   How can I improve on ?

Imagine and mentally accept the worst case scenireo, 90 % of our worries would disappear..
When we force ourselves, to face the worst, and accept the worst mentally, we then eliminate, all those vague imaginings. And put ourselves in position, in which we are able to concentrate, on our problems.
All worries fall into two categories: Staff that you can do something about, and staff that you can't..  What is it?
Here is a good parable for it, everything that you worry about, given this thought. there is no use worrying about, the things that you don't have control over. Right? Beacause if you don't have control over, there is no sense in worrying about it. That makes sense, doesn't it?

I don't worry, about the things, that I don't have control over.  If you don't have control over, worry is absurd! So you don't have to worry, about getting old. I mean,  do you have control over that? In fact, do you have control what is happening there?
If not, you just have to surrender, and let it go! Just accept it, stop resisting it, and just let it go.

Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy, to what you can create. Spend your energy on things, within your control.

And,  there is no sense worrying, about the things, you have control over, because if you have control over them, there is no sense worrying about it! Now, we have covered about everything, that is possible to worry about. It's all thoughts!

Therefore, If you have control over there. Control over what's happening, There is nothing to worry about!
And If you don't have control over there, then my belief is that, it doesn't matter. It just doesn't make any difference!

What I want you to think about is, what in the world, would you ever want to occupy your mind with worry ? Or anything that doesn't serve you, living the life that you want to live, and understanding that you are never going to ever, let anybody, any place, who doesn't have love, or harmony to offer you. What you think about, is profoundly important in your life!
Emerson said, "you become what you think about, all day long". Dr. Wayne Dyer said, "AS YOU THINK, SO SHALL YOU BE."
All the spiritual masters, who've ever come our away, have always talked about, be careful of what you think, because it is going to expand, into your life!
When you find yourself, reacting in a way that you know isn't good for you, isn't working for you, isn't healthy, as soon as you see that, you  don't need a doctor to tell you that worrying a lot about a lot of things, is going to create an ulcer for you. It's gonna make you feel tight inside.

Your body reacts to thoughts . And the thought of, "I gotta get there fast, and I got to get around the traffic," ...gives you cramps.
You notice that your heart, your pulse rate, is going much faster, or your twitching, or you're sweating. Those are signals to you. Don't do that!

Look into the mirror. If you're all flushed and bloated and sick, whatever it is, in order for you, to get through your days, do you know that? that isn't working for you? That your life isn't working for you? So stop doing that!

I read about what MARK TWAIN said, towards the end of his life, he said:
“I have spent most of my life worrying about things that have never happened.”
Worrying is like paying a debt you don't owe.

So live our lives in the present tense, in the present moment, and these imagined things have no power over us.
