Mariah Carey filed paperwork to trademark the title "Queen of Christmas." Carey's hit song "All I Want for Christmas Is You" is the best-selling Christmas song of all time. However, two other singers are saying not so fast. Darlene Love was given the title "Queen of Christmas" by David Letterman. Love says she earned the title. Another contender to the throne is singer Elizabeth Chan who released 11 Christmas albums. Legal experts say Mariah Carey is unlikely to succeed.
